Capital Services Achieves Substantial Growth in 2016, Meeting New Market Challenges

Capital Services recorded another year of solid growth in 2016, again delivering strong-performing card assets for its financial institution clients while addressing emerging market pressures in the card industry. Serviced accounts were up more than 17 percent in 2016 over 2015, with the company surpassing the milestone of 800,000 accounts managed.

Capital Services Data Scientist to Speak at Fico World

Capital Services' Chief Data Scientist, Alfred Furth, will be a featured panel speaker at FICO World, April 26-29 in Washington, D.C. Furth will share best practices for the evaluation and adoption of FICO Score 9, and describe how Capital Services uses scorecards, prediction tools, and analytics to effectively manage the risk of its clients' credit card portfolios. The Best Practices, FICO Score 9 Evaluation and Adoption session will be Wednesday, April 27, at 11:30 a.m.

Capital Services Groundbreaking

The groundbreaking ceremony for Capital Services’ new Sioux Falls facility was held on November 19, 2019. The 48,000-square-foot building will be located in the Dawley Farm Village development. Chuck Hendrickson, Capital President and CEO thanked ownership and the Capital Board of Directors for their support of the new building.

Capital Services Plans for New East-Side Headquarters

Capital Services will move to a new office in the Dawley Farm Village development. The business, which provides origination, management and servicing of national credit card programs in partnership with client banks, started in 1998 and has offices in Sioux Falls and Brookings.
